How Does The System Work ?
The system utilizes a commercial reverse osmosis unit, 5 micron pre-filters, a carbon block filter and a commercial water softener resin bed. This produces 98.5% purified water which is stored in holding tanks.
When setting up at a job the pole is attached to the hose reel. The pump is switched on forcing the water through a moved deionised resin bed which polishes out the remaining 1.5% impurities. 100% pure water has been produced. The water is in a very aggressive state and when in contact with glass, the impurities are held in the water as the pure water strives to return to its impure state. The glass is left sterile and clean.
